Vive! Who We Serve
Vive! serves families with a struggling teen or young adult. We deliver sustainable therapeutic solutions to your family where you need it most: in your real world-where you live, where you work, where you go to school, where you function as a family.
Vive! serves families with the following needs:
- Transition and aftercare support for a teen returning home from residential placement
- Early intervention services for a teen whose behavior patterns signal a shift onto an unhealthy path
- Independent living support for a young adult making the leap from home to college or independence
Transition and Aftercare
Many Vive! families have an adolescent who is transitioning home from a residential treatment program. These transitions can be very difficult and are often marked by regression, relapse and recidivism. In order for changes made in treatment to survive these transitions, the whole family must work together to support those changes in the home environment. The Vive! program integrates therapeutic mentoring for the teen with parent coaching and collaboration with other involved treatment professionals; this creates a team approach that maximizes therapeutic benefits and delivers true, sustainable results.

Early Intervention
Vive! has helped many families with an adolescent who has recently begun to struggle with behavioral or emotional issues. These families engage Vive! as a preventative measure, allowing issues to be addressed at home in the context of the family before they escalate to a point that requires more extreme treatment measures.
Independent Living
The transition young adults make from life at home to life on their own can be scary and difficult, especially if they have struggled emotionally or behaviorally in the past. Vive! helps these young adults make a successful, well-supported leap to independence while helping parents navigate the challenges of letting go.
