About Vive!
Founded in July 2001 as Confident Living, Inc., Vive! is a privately held company based in Boulder, Colorado. The Vive! program has helped hundreds of troubled teens, pre-teens and young adults step onto a healthier, more productive life path. Vive! helps teens become responsible, caring and contributing members of their families and communities while empowering parents to strengthen the entire family.
Based on increasing demand, Vive! began the expansion of its service area beyond the Rocky Mountain region in 2005, and recently opened offices in San Francisco and Los Angeles, California . We attribute our high success rates and company growth to the soundness of the Vive! vision, the uncompromising service we provide to our clients, and the dedication, integrity and passion of our staff.
How we work
Whether they engage us as their first line of defense or as a complement to other programs or forms of therapy, families have found that Vive!'s relationship-based program delivers results where it matters most: in the real world where personal growth and family healing can take place simultaneously. Vive! can work autonomously or in concert with other programs to ensure that healing for both the child and the family is palpable, applicable and sustainable.
Vive!'s unique, holistic approach to healing allows it to fill a crucial but often overlooked component of any effective healing program: the application of new skills, tools and knowledge in the real world. Because the Vive! program is grounded in reality, within the context of the family and the teen's day-to-day environment, it produces sustainable healing where other therapies often produce only "limited results".
The Vive! program pairs a Vive! Mentor with the child or young adult at risk, while providing a Vive! Parent Coach to help parents create an environment that facilitates mutual growth and healing across the entire family. Because the Vive! program takes place in the adolescent's real world, Vive! mentors and parent coaches are available not only for scheduled appointments, but for crisis calls and after-hours consultation.
