Confident Living was founded in 2000 by visionary David Herz, a trained therapist and educator. Herz created a unique, action-oriented program that facilitates growth and healing among at-risk teens and their families. The significance of Confident Living's work is measured by each individual teen it helps; however, it is magnified by the fact that there are an estimated 5,000,000 teens considered "at-risk" in the United States alone.

Culotta, who joined the company in 2004, was hired to manage its business development, broaden the company's services and reach, and coordinate its admissions process. He will continue to support these functions while overseeing operations throughout Confident Living's expanding network of offices. The company is opening its Northern California office this spring.

Diane is personally skilled and experienced in dual diagnosis therapy - treating individuals with substance addiction combined with mental health diagnoses. The new space enhances Vive's ability to assist teens in transition with more private family meeting rooms, and will allow Vive! to host round table discussions and other referral and community building functions for this evolving industry. It will also allow for team growth as the company continues its expansion to assist families across the U.S.
