McCarthy has over 25 years experience leading the finance and technology disciplines for small to midsize companies in a variety of industries. Most recently she held a senior finance position for an early stage genetic testing company experiencing rapid growth. She also worked for Allegro Coffee Company, where she was instrumental in its sale to Whole Foods Market.
