BOULDER, COLO, JANUARY 12, 2006...Boulder-based Confident Living, Inc., a nationally -recognized resource for helping at-risk teens and families in crisis, announced that business leader, Terry Tierney, has been named as C.E.O. Confident Living was founded in 2000 by visionary David Herz, a trained therapist and educator. Herz created a unique, action-oriented program that facilitates growth and healing among at-risk teens and their families.
