Vive! Team Openings and Career Opportunities
PARENT COACH (THERAPIST)
We are seeking to fill the Parent Coach position with a dynamic professional who has a passion for working with parents and who wants to grow with our company.
The Parent Coach works directly with the parents out in the community or over the phone. Because of this, the job requires the flexibility to travel occasionally. According to the Vive! approach and philosophy, Parent Coaches must be collaborative and strength based. They come alongside parents to help them effectively navigate the challenges of an adolescent or a young adult. The Parent Coach comes from a place of compassion, empathy and therapeutic insight to help parents set tough but loving boundaries for their son or daughter.
A master’s degree in counseling or social work is required along with experience working with adults and families in a therapeutic capacity. A current therapeutic state license is a plus. Along with working with the parents, the Parent Coach works closely with a Clinical Team Leader and a Mentor in providing support for the entire family.

MENTOR (THERAPIST)
We are seeking to fill the Mentor position with a dynamic professional who is passionate about working with adolescents and young adults to address a variety of needs such as life adjustment, safety assessment and family system support.
The Mentor works directly with the adolescents or young adults in their homes and out in the community. Because of this, the job requires the flexibility to travel. According to the Vive! approach and philosophy, mentoring is an active endeavor that takes place out in the real world. Therapy might take place in the context of a meal, a walk, a ball game or a job search. Mentors are part therapist, part life coach, part teacher and part advocate. Vive! Mentors get therapy off the couch and into the real world, where it counts.
A master’s degree in counseling or social work is required along with experience working with adolescents in a therapeutic capacity. A current therapeutic state license is a plus.
